Mansfield Town will be holding its Annual General Meeting in the Kevin Bird Suite at the One Call Stadium on Thursday 21st January 2016 at 2.00pm. The main business will be to consider the accounts for the year ended 30th June 2014 and to issue preference shares. Chairman, John Radford, and Financial Director, Jim Beachill, will be in attendance.

Stags Fans United is the second largest shareholder in Mansfield Town and has purchased 10,000 Community Shares of 50 pence each in the football club for £88,600. It also owns 304 Ordinary Shares of £0.50p each which have been purchased by the Supporters Trust from other shareholders. It is also a director of the football club and is represented at board meetings.”
