LOANS TO MANSFIELD TOWN FROM ONE CALL INSURANCE SERVICES LIMITED

One Call Insurance Services Limited (“One Call”) has published its accounts for the year ended 31st October 2014. The accounts disclose that One Call loaned £172,008 to Mansfield Town during 2014 with £30,470 being repaid. This compared to £1,341,836 being loaned to Mansfield Town in 2013 with no repayments. The accounts also disclose that £214,286 had been loaned to John Radford MTFC Stadium Limited in 2013 with £47,210 being repaid in 2014.

The accounts then state that the debt of £3,997,409 which is owed by Mansfield Town to One Call was sold on 31st October 2014 to Commercial Legal Limited (“Commercial Legal”) at book value. Commercial Legal is another company owned by John Radford. He owns around 83% of the Ordinary Shares in this company.

Mansfield Town’s accounts for the year ended 30th June 2013 stated that One Call had loaned a total of £3,648,715 to the football club. The loan was described as being interest free and repayable on no specific terms.
