Mansfield Town Football Club Limited's Accounts for the Year Ended 30th June 2012 have now been filed with Companies House. The club made a loss of £1,045,936 for the year ended 30th June 2012 which is similar to the £1,086,487 loss made for the previous accounting year.
The club has Creditors (money owed to third parties) of £3,912,852. The majority of this money amounting to £3,257,218 is owed to One Call Insurance Services Ltd (a company controlled by John Radford), Steve Hymas, Andy Saunders and Steve Middleton.
The amount owed to One Call Insurance Services Ltd is £2,017,375. This is an interest free loan and is repayable on no specific terms.
The amount owed to the former directors is £1,239,843. A loan of £78,213 from Andy Perry was repayable on demand and this was settled by the club earlier this year.
Stags Fans United wish to thank John and Carolyn Radford and One Call Insurance for their past and future financial support of the football club including purchasing Field Mill and we hope that they will be deservedly rewarded this season by the club gaining promotion to the Football League.
