Stags Fans United has attended three board meetings during 2014.

The first meeting was on 12th March and was attended by Darren Shaw. The second board meeting was on 28th April 2014 and was attended by Dean Foulkes. The issues discussed at these meetings included many of the issues discussed by John Radford at the SFU Fans Forum on 7th May 2014 and included the following:

John Radford MTFC Stadium Ltd/One Call Stadium (see below)
Training Facilities/Woburn Lane, Pleasley (see below)
Accounts. It was confirmed that the club was still making a loss but it was hoped that this would be less than the £1 million losses for 2012-2013 and previous seasons. The club had the benefit of the One Call Sponsorship deal which should improve the club’s financial position.
Season Tickets. The club rushed out the sale of season tickets as part of strategy for dealing with claim by Steve Hymas and Andy Saunders as discussed at the Fans Forum.
Playing Budget and Bonuses agreed

Ground sharing with Rotherham Titans. Possible deal with Rotherham Titans to rent the One Call Stadium. Matter not progressed.
End of Season Dinner

The third board meeting was held on 3rd November 2014 and was attended by Darren Shaw and the issues discussed were:

John Radford MTFC Stadium Ltd/One Call Stadium. John Radford confirmed that the One Call Stadium is leased to the football club. It was originally intended that the club would pay £214,000 per season rent to match the instalment payments to Keith Haslam. However, the club does not pay any rent because it does not have the finances to do so. John Radford is still having to put money into the club to finance it.
John Radford confirmed that everything had been agreed and sorted with Keith Haslam regarding future instalment payments for the One Call Stadium. There are a further five instalments of £214,286 to be paid from 15th March 2015 to 2019. The ground is subject to the restrictions contained in the 20 year overage agreement with Keith Haslam.
John Radford was in favour of having a Singing Section in the Quarry Lane end.
Stags Fans United proposed that an application be made to register One Call Stadium as a Community Asset.
1897 Bar (New Conference/Corporate Hospitality Facilities). Possible capacity – 400 standing, 250 seated. John Radford would like the fans to be consulted on the name for the new facilities.
Training Facilities/Woburn Lane, Pleasley. The site needs levelling but work has ceased due to objections from local residents to Notts County Council. There will hopefully be space for five or six pitches.
Season Tickets/Match Day Prices/Early Bird Offer - to be discussed again in January 2015. Supporters to have the option to pay by instalments.
Half Season Tickets and Special Ticket Offers
Free Tickets for Schools Offer via Football in the Community.
Third Kit. This was introduced at Cambridge United in the FA Cup. The shirts will be signed and auctioned off at the end of the season.
2015-2016 Home Kit. John Radford wanted fans to vote on the designs for the new home kit.
Playing Budget. John Radford confirmed that when he said at the Fans Forum that the playing budget would be the same as 2013-2014 he was discussing the average spend per player rather than the total spend. The playing budget needs to be reduced if the club is to break even.
Stags Fans United Supporter Director. John Radford confirmed that he was happy for the Stags Fans United to be appointed as a director of the football club.
Supporters’ Issues.

The players’ reps apologised for players not attending the SSA Halloween Party but it was confirmed they would attend the Christmas Party.”
